2020 is here!

Happy new year to everyone!!!!

Slow down and save a turtle.

Ladies ride, here in Tucson with the El Grupo gals.

It’s off to a fast start here in Tucson, AZ.  The last few months I’ve been adjusting to the new job(USA Cycling Foundation) and learning the mission and the changes we are trying to make.  It’s not easy but hey, I get to spend my day talking about what I LOVE - cycling!!! And I get to brag on these amazing athletes and programs, plus the experiences they are having - it’s a lot of fun most of the time.

Brad and I went home to Mississippi for Christmas and had a lot of fun with my family.  His family celebrated the holiday early and I wasn’t able to make it, hopefully next year we can have better planning.

5 o'clock walking club is still going strong.  Y'all, dad is out there everyday at 5 walking - go for a walk with him!!! I love this crew.

I love getting a chance to see my dearest and closest friends.  I love you Brandi!

I’m back at the Homestretch Foundation till the end of February, helping out when I can and being here for the gals to help answer any questions and steer them in the right direction when it comes to cycling life. I’ve also had the chance to visit more with the people in the cycling community since I have a bit more time and energy when the work day is done and I can hold a conversation.  Training brain is real people!! I’ve been in helicopters, been to a horse farm and toured a funeral home, this is just a small segment of our Tucson cycling community and I love it!

Our annual selfie on a ride photo. Love you KB!

So much fun with these ladies, Homestretch Foundation has made a lasting impact on my life.

It's fun to see them head out everyday for training.

For my birthday this year, I gave myself the gift of getting my motorcycle endorsement. It was two days of classroom and skills on the motorcycles and it was so much fun! Both of my uncles ride motos, one of my best friends rides motorcycles and it’s just been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time now.  I’m not sure that I will be purchasing a motorcycle anytime soon but I just wanted to check that knowledge box in life and I’m glad I did.

Who doesn't love a Yeti photo????? Thank you Janel for allowing me to be a part of your amazing camp week.

Educating myself.

And now looking ahead to the spring, there are a lot of work trips coming up and boy is my travel getting ramped up but one day at a time.  I’m headed to Jackson Hole, Vail, Mississippi and California, all by the first part of April.
